Hello! I’m Meranda Blanchard, and I’ve called Alaska home since 2010. I love exploring this beautiful state through kayaking, hiking, and road trips in the summer. As for winter, while I might joke about escaping the cold, I truly enjoy Alaskan winters—especially when taking my dog for snowy walks. Watching him play in the snow reminds me how magical this season can be.

People often ask me what inspired me to become a massage therapist. My journey began at just six years old after a devastating car accident involving my mother, brother, and me. My mother suffered life-threatening injuries and required 26 surgeries to recover, including relearning how to walk after both her femurs were crushed. Growing up, I witnessed her incredible strength but also the immense pain and stress she endured. I saw firsthand how much a therapy like massage could have helped someone like her, not only to manage pain but to improve her quality of life.

When I toured a massage school years later, everything clicked—I signed up that same day. I worked two jobs to pay my way through school, driven by the goal of helping others find relief, healing, and balance in their lives.

Today, I’m honored to bring that passion to my clients. Whether you’re seeking to alleviate chronic pain, recover from injury, or simply recharge, I’m here to support your wellness journey.
